Project inquiries
When you send an inquiry, you share your name, email, selected service, and the project details you enter: your offer, audience, goals, reference links, timing, budget, and any additional notes. Cool Takes Territory uses these details to review your request and discuss next steps with you.
The site sends your inquiry through MadeThis’s notification service to notify the business and confirm receipt to you. Share only information needed for the project; avoid passwords, payment details, or sensitive personal information.
Optional files
The inquiry flow supports optional attachments. Files are uploaded separately before you send the form, using Convex storage. Your inquiry includes their file names, types, sizes, and storage references. Upload only materials you want the business to review. The form’s Remove control requests deletion of an uploaded attachment before submission.
Site analytics and cookies
When configured, PostHog records page views and site interactions, including service views and checkout-link activity, to help understand how visitors use the site. It uses browser local storage and cookies to recognize visits. Your browser settings let you block or clear cookies and site storage.
Checkout links take you to external payment pages. This notice describes this website; those services provide their own privacy information.

No fixed retention period or automatic deletion schedule is published here. Contact the business about your specific information rather than assuming it has been deleted after a set time.
